- All exhibitors will be mentioned on conference webpage and handouts. Please provide high resolution image of logo for this purpose to info@aptanj.org.
- Exhibit space will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All exhibitors will be provided with one (1) six foot (6’) table or on request, exhibitor can bring own display.
- Liability - It is agreed that the exhibitors shall indemnify and hold harmless the APTANJ, NJSHA, NJOTA and Mercer County Community College, from all liability, which may ensue, from whatever cause. At all times, including set up, exhibitors and their agents are responsible for the care and safety of their property. The APTANJ, NJSHA and NJOTA cannot guarantee that there will not be a loss of any kind.
- Maximum two attendees per exhibit space – refreshments are included for two.
Pay online by credit card or pay by check (prior to event), make payable to “APTANJ” and mail to APTANJ, 101 North Broad Street, 2nd Floor, Trenton, NJ 08608.
Exhibitors who are licensed therapists or assistants who would like to earn CE credits by attending our educational programs MUST pay for and register separately for educational programming.
