The 2025 recipient of the Sheila Nicholson Professional Leadership Sponsorship is APTANJ member, Olivia Visaggio, PT. Olivia is a graduate of Misericordia University in Pennsylvania and currently volunteers as an article reviewer for the Academy of Neurologic Physical Therapy's Degenerative Diseases Special Interest Group. She has also spent time volunteering with Hackensack Meridian Health's community health fair, providing education on fall prevention and performing balance screenings.
Olivia is excited for the opportunity to attend this year's APTA House of Delegates to have new experiences and gain an understanding of how different policies shape clinical practice as well as patient care.
