Mercedes Aguirre Valenzuela is Presented the R. Charles Harker, Esq. Policy Maker Award 
The APTA Academy of Leadership and Innovation presented APTANJ member and delegate, Mercedes Aguirre Valenzuela, with the R. Charles Harker, Esq. Policy Maker Award at the APTA Combined Sections Meeting in Houston, February 13-15. The award recognizes APTA members whose actions have impacted health policy.
